He is good in the Supreme Court. Not in ACB court. 

 

ACB court judges don't use their personal interpretation. They just go by book. Supreme Court may be different.

 

Also, they just gave Judicial Remand. Too bad for CBN but Nothing wrong in judgement. 

In the end, when the final verdict comes, we will know if CBN really did something wrong. Unfortunately, this is how the Judiciary system works. Not much anyone can do.

Ade kada concept ikada….once they start facing enquiry motham donka kadulutadi..there is more to this case and it will trigger a whole lot of cases. This is like top of iceberg.

Gamble emi ledu kaka, CBN’s worst past is now catching up anthe. He used his authority and managed to get stay orders on all his scams. 
 

Ipudu bail mida bayataki vasthe, he is bound by lot of bail conditions. Even the anticipatory bail that he has for other cases, non cooperative ani move chesthe bail immediate cancel avutadi…he should be ready for enquiry and just in case chargesheet file chesthe matram CBN chapter close. Chala repercussions vuntayi…just in case, past stay orders cancel avuthe imagine CBN situation..

Imagine CBN choose to stay put up in jail and bail application is the last available option…akade ardam avutundi case has some strength the implications CBN has to face if he is out on bail.

Central govt support ledu, State COD Jaggadi chetilo…CBN bail mida bayataki vasthe jaggadu vuri taadu esi laagutadu.
