Future of the Housing Market - High Mortgage Rates

The New Prospective home buyers and Investors should actually consider the High Mortgage Rates as the Opportunity to grab a good real estate deal!

- Inventory Problems: Considering the Off season, I anticipate the Housing Inventory would rise in the coming weeks/months because of the weaking demand. Eventually we will see the News that spike on the Housing Inventory supply (especially Pre-owned homes) will flood the market. 

- Buyers Market:  If you are a serious buyer, It is really important to find good realtor/agent who has good negotiation skills. This is an opportunity to find a good deal depeninding on how motivated the seller is.

- Lower bids/Price Correction:  Fed Confirmed the Interest rates would stay elevated atleast till next year.. If you follow housing market closely, there will be more price cuts, Expiring House listings and Homes getting sold for less than asking price. Take this as an opportunity to Submit Lower Bids.
