It's not jail for the convicted , it just enquiry so it should be treated with dignity unless convicte

Still it would have the santitary conditions of a government office like MRO office etc. at the most. So mosquitos are a common occurrence. Don’t need to make a fuss and yellow media should have keep it quiet on that subject.

they didn’t have substantial points so trying to find mosquitos and hot water topics.

when you get detained, you get the same treatment and facilities along with other inmates. Crying like a baby saying he is a former-CM with 4 decades of history, 74-year old man, asking for home-made food - no one is above the law. If they allowed home-made food, he should be THANKFUL for that. He should have thought about these while scamming. It's too late.

It's not jail anna , it's just accused jail he has every right to ask for home made food , w ehave to accept he is vip ex cm,

when you get remanded, ...

if 5-star facilities, home-made food, conjugal visits, privacy, freedom are provided by prisons, many people would commit repeated crimes and just go to jail repeatedly and end up living in prisons for FREE at public's costs.

YOU: he has every right to ask for home made food,  we have to accept he is vip ex cm

Remand is a term used in the criminal justice system to describe when someone is detained in prison until their trial or sentencing hearing. People who are remanded are usually awaiting trial after pleading not guilty. They may be held in prison, police cells, court cells, or psychiatric facilities.

Detention is when someone is temporarily locked up until the court makes a final decision. For example, police may detain a suspect for further questioning. To detain someone, the police must have reasonable suspicion that the person is or was involved in a crime. This is more than a hunch or distrust.

The maximum amount of time that a person should be kept on remand is six months.

well, he has a 1.5cr per day paid celebrity lawyer who knows the law better than anyone one else on this amateur db.
