Well my dude you are talking about Bothell so I can tell you exactly who is buying those houses; rich Indian immigrants in tech. They buy the 1.5 mil cookie cutter home, have two identical Teslas delivered to their driveway the next day, slap several 'new driver" stickers on each and start their life at Microsoft. Lite le. Only few scenarios bro, decently well of families back home , right after H1b pick buying home. Mostly they are getting married around same time too, so double salary advantage. OPT not much heard of.
