But 2.5-3% property taxes are to be considered

Guys this is getting real and ugly now. In Austin atleast Leander area i have seen now numerous houses open for rent. Personally i know houses sitting from last 6 months for a 2900 sq.ft home where the owner reduced the price starting from $3100 to $2400 till yesterday and still no one is ready to rent.

I think most of them if they loaned for this kind of renting then they will go down soon. But if people did cash investments they might survive paying monthly HOA + property tax + maintenance only if their job remains secure.

So either way its a tough situation i can see for the next year.

How do you know it was bought by Tejam's?

The people going back to work locations as Return To Work resumes.

Some people who moved from NY to TX are coming back to NY.

You can just goto williamson county website and paste this address and you will see the owners history and complete sale and property tax appraisal. You get everything online.
