That's correct. That's because Breton Woods system was collapsed to create US dollar as fiat, and FED (not a part of US government) has monopoly on it. It's not backed by any commodity and is forced on world by the might of US military. It simply goes this way. You don't want your country to use it and stay away from it, first there will be assassination attempts on you. Before that comes the media trial, in which stories will be planted to defame your character. That's the warning sign. Then there will attempts by CIA in covert manner to throw you out of power, by sponsoring a coup or funding opposition who act as their p®0xies etc. The last option would be the use of force, i.e., use of military might. The CIA shall create an incident and media will plant stories on how that particular guy is a threat to not just America and muricans but for the whole world. Then freedom comes to your country by warships (Gerald Ford Class Carriers) and by Airplanes (F series fighter jets). Bang Bang and you get democracy again and  Blackrock or it's masked subsidiaries like Black water (owned by constellis, then sold to Apollo global holdings which again is owned by Blackrock) will get contracts to build or revamp infrastructure and explore (exploit) resources in your country.This pattern keeps repeating in a loop. Some times regional p®0xies are used to fight the war, but the rest of the paradigm stays the same. Say like Yemen or Ukraine.
