There is a Telegram group for EB5 investors . We got lot of information from that group . They have an excel sheet with investors information and we just checked where did most of them invest . At that time we didn’t know anyone who actually invested . We went with a regional center called EB5 United . There are almost 1000 regional centers. Canam , CMB are some of the famous regional centers . There are many to name

No no temporary GC will take around 3-5 years from the date of applying. Once you get temporary GC , another 3 years to get permanent GC .

Thank you . EB5 is definitely a painful process , once you apply , there are 3 stages until you get permanent GC . At every step we had to pay the lawyer extra money for filing a lawsuit or else it will take forever to move to next step . Go for it only if you are absolutely sure . Like I said , I really need the GC . At times , it was painful to wait and ref’s and all but no regrets now .

Temporary GC aina 2-3 years ki permanent GC istaru . They will remove conditions . What I meant was okasari temporary GC vaste manam apatinundi citizenship ki time count cheyochu . Like let’s say you get temporary GC now in 2023 , you might get permanent GC in 2026. You can apply citizenship after 4 years 8 months from the time of temporary citizenship, some were in 2028. Like any other GC , you can apply for citizenship after 5 years from the date of temporary GC .

EB5 make sense in your case or for people who has business in India and want to extend to USA too. Its not worth for people to show off or for people who tell silly reason like traffic, air pollution in India. I will cost almost 1.3million inclusing 800k for EB5 and extra 200-300k losses in white conversion and lawyers fee and no guarantee of return. Imagine what you can do with 10cr white in India. You will have kings life compared to USA.
