Jobs - Market will be down first half. Have to see second half. depends on overall market, interest rates, etc. Companies will cut on spending and keep more cash flow.

Housing - Will drop but wont drop like crazy. Depends a lot on job market. Inventories are still low. So it depends on market to market. There is no inventory in some places like CA but Texas has too much inventory. So accordingly market might correct.

Tough time for Students. Really a bad time to be looking for jobs. Same with H1s.

I am not sure the prices are going high in all places where the inventory is high. May be the places which are most sough after the inventory may not be high. I am not sure. I did a search on Dallas and Austin and there are plenty of sales on sale. Of course DAL is a mature market compared to Austin.
