Dr appointments ki people are very understanding usually

 not all orgs have contractors so work depends a lot of the company and the team you work with, slacking with in tech heavy companies is not easy and also risky

 liberal with PTOs mostly, my company does not allow carry over so you need to take all leaves before year end

 bonus/rsus depends on the company

 some other benefits which ppl don’t talk about much which are very valuable:
