Sold party tickets to outdated partyhopping nayakulu and random koteeswarulu with no skin in the game. Then he flip flops on so many issues. Razanna died and Kiran Reddy was terrible at ruling but he could not fill the political vacuum effectively. Finally he sold his party to Sonia in exchange for Central Minister post and early retirement from politics. 

I have to respect Flowerstar for not giving up after losing 2 seats himself and only gaining 1 party seat. He has no rowdies right now but would benefit with them. Zaganna antics might give him some sympathy.

Sirio is one big looser himself. Just like PK.

If Brothergoru and Siroo can get MLA seats, then eventually Flowerstar will get them too. 

Like both of them, Flower should use rowdies.
