last 2 years lo as per GOI data 43% new tech jobs created in India were in Hyd surpassing Bangalore. When equity comes in, high paying jobs come along especially in tech industry and without  people buying you cannot inflate anything for too long

Hyderabad growth is at peak now, no one knows how long it can be in the peak zone with employment creation, until then no one cannot stop its growth curve.

going by the new office construction and other sectorial targets like pharma and bio, the employment will triple in next 10 years, just MyHome is constructing 35 million sft office space in Kokpaet which is the largest in Asia, that is equivalent to 3.5 lakh new jobs

Hyderabad is not localized anymore and property buyers are implants from other parts of India

Lol....25% wastage is for Grampanchaiti layout Dtcp/hmda layout lo you have ti let go 30% after roads/tank/park/community reserve. And the amount you spend to develop the land will also be included when realtor sell plots. It is not like 3000x10k so 3 cr per acre, general real estate development funda is 50% for development and 50% land value. So it comes down to 1.5 cr per acre.

Btw dora is good realtor even better than CBN, now went a step ahead and selling govt lands at his wish.
