yes I know chusi e places anni too remote ani malla west lo ne plots purchase chesa bcoz easy to sell, loan options.. around orr upto  10 kms, inka banglore mumbai highway exits aithe 30+ kms varaku u will see lot of ventures where most of them are stagnant with no growth.. invest wisely and what it can be used for future based
