Most homes in market are already 50k over the market rate..even if they reduce 20k..it will be still over the price and 7.5 interest is too much.. so it is better to not buy a home at all and just rent it..

It's OK to live in rented home ... it is not end of world.. after elections hope that they give new constructions.atleast you can buy a new home with high interest rates

Full buy down dhandha nadustundi new construction meedha.. some people even getting 5% fixed right now.. sure they are baking fees into house price. Looks like people don’t care as long as monthly payments are manageable

Yes naa close  friend  fixed rate 5.8 ki close chesadu first texas home in collinsbrook illu emi anta great ledu but paid 890k ..just for frisco hype..being close to coitd rd and restarunts and school friends for kids..he was renting in that area from 1 yr
