The term “Temporary” was used incorrectly in CBn’s term… it actually means that those buildings will be used for other offices once the high rise secretariat buildings are completed… this includes roads, new underground sewage and water lines, electricity, solar roofs etc.. you should get the tender details from google… 

same thing for the high court building also.. those so called temporary court building was supposed to be used for district and sessions court while a new bigger building was built for the high court…
