high dense project will be like a fish market.. stick to ORR exit 19 for better commute bcoz of crowd, a community with less than 1000 units not more than 4-5 flats per floor, G+29 max imagine the rush during peak hrs and wait times for elevators, too many issues untayi.. now on investment very less UDS worst part enti ante idi evadu chusukodu hyd lo anduke antha land unna pakkana kullor, velimela lo poyi e apts purchasing for 2C hard earned money but imagine in future after 10 yrs the construction value depreciates badly and loans or resale is purely on land.. finally MH has become too greedy G+35, 40, 50 has become so common and launching projects almost every month

thanks bro. Osman nagar lo Aprna cyber towers ani 4 projects unnay.. but almost anni units ayipoyaayi ani aagi poyaa. those were smaller projects.. do you think those are worth? around 7000 per sq ft

this area takes long time to develop as of now no much happening here 7k is pricy.. if you want to stick to reputed builders look at Jayabheri Sahasra, Nirvana 3KM from wipro, consulate well established location, close to kokapet decent density rents ki easy.. looking for 2 or 3 bed?

1. Location - key for indian metropolitan cities traffic hassles

2. Density & UDS - more population more problems, land for money paid

3. Builder reputation - on time delivery, construction quality, future maintenance

4. Appreciation - minimum of @FD, rentals if u relocate or move into villa

Rent these apartments and buy land in outskirts

that was the original plan, local ga HYD lo unna friends andaru bayapettaru.. it's not safe unless you buy a plot in gated community...

check in Ananda homes Drizzle. It's in Alkapur township. daniki oka road open avvali military land issue valla open avvatla. If it opens you can reach kokapet in 10-15 mins.

very less dense project and good floor plans.
