Same with my son. He can't understand social cues, doesn't have social skills..but man he is gifted with his musical abilities, and all the time talking about business ideas. He is in 4th grade, he understands concepts like captial rotation, venture capitalism, chain of business, supply chain, P&L..

From where he learn those business ideas , capitalism etc..?

As a father of a kid with Autism,

A. 1.5 Million is not enough for the lifetime of each kid.

B. India lo special needs kids life is horrible. No body understands how to deal with them. So, I support the families staying back in USA to give a better life to these kids.

C. We cannot save any money no matter how much we earn. The treatments, therapies etc costs us upwards of $20,000 to $30,000 per year. If it is two kids, just imagine how much it costs.

D. Dont call them Mentally Retarded. My son cannot speak, communicate etc. But, we found exceptional abilities in him. He has exceptional brain.

How old ur son

I don't know what is right or wrong but this process had become a business without them knowing.

any american who have 1M in bank account is considered to be a winner in life and can retire happily. 100% the father would have a life insurance for at least 500k, with the donations, it will become 1.2M. Forget about his or her savings, properties back home but even if he had been alive, he would've not made that much liquid cash.

If I am his friend, I would shift the family to India, closer to grand parents and use the 1.2M for their future.

we both worked in same org until a year ago.. very nice guy.. came to USA 15 years ago.. spent lot of money on kids health and therapy.. moved into a new house 3 months ago (since he had to spend lot of money on his kids).. most of the savings are stuck as house down payment.. unfortunately he got his house at a high price ..

his wife doesnt work since she has to take care of kids.. she can't goto India since she has minimal support there..support for autism kids is much much better in USA than in India..

thanks for the background bro..
I hope and pray that god give her strength!
