Nenu ma son passport renewal chepinchaka I uploaded needed docs in OCI Miscellaneous Services after 4 days received Email from OCI as below

Dear , Your passport updation file number xxxxxx  has been Rejected. Reason is : upload signature according to requirment and specifications

 

Kani naku signature upload cheyaniki ekada option ledu, ipudu valli adigina daniki ekada upload cheyali updated one.

 

OCI Image Upload/ Re-upload in https://ociservices.gov.in/welcome

akdad kuda upload cheyaniki option ivvadam ledu even after entering Passport Number and Online File Reference No

 

How to solve this. evarikina experience ayyi untey please share here

Go to vfs office and ask them

Once rejected you have to do upload as new one again. They were not asking you to reupload.

antey need to start the whole process again upload new passport pics and fill all details one more freshly?

It happened for my daughter application as well..  I filled new form again and corrected the mistake.

Signature: Above 5 years old need to sign or write their name & then upload. 5 years old or below: Thumb Impression Child 5 years or below need to upload Left hand thumb impression in blue/black ink

Malli upload chesa all pic, signature, etc apudu after 3 business days acknowledge chesaru, Washington DC
