I do not recollect PVNR going to courts  .. was it related to Harshad mehta 1 cr case? 

He did not attended the court but faced enquiry commission and was convicted in JMM case by trail court which was later over turned by high court. Last days lo he spent all his money to pay for lawyers expenses, jubilee hills la illu ammesindu, fought legal battles in old age, he could still have used his old connections to get out of all the cases but instead he choose to fight.

No, Law should be aapplicable for everyone and it should be the same for everyone. Ex-PM or CM. If the charges are framed, go and defend.

I am not an expert on Law but if someone accuses another person of fraud, the ones accusing should provide evidence and prove it rather than the accused defend it. Just my perspective. I may be completely wrong on this one.

Unless there is minimum evidence, no court will take up the case. first hearing lo ne strike chesi padestaru...asalu weightage lekapothey case accept ae cheyaru...
