Depends on your tax rate bro the area we are in 2.7 tax rate including mud..so 100k tax break is 2700 kada...this is good in the sense base price still keeps low kada next year aa next year prices emina padite comps tho tax inka taggochu...though my home is 925k first year paid tax around 650 last year it was in 715k due to homestead oka 10% perigindi this year it will go back to into 600s again ..the next year tax assements starts in 650 to 700k if the market stays like this..if market down we can get good comparable contest taxes to be in 600s itself..hope u understood..
