At its peak under YSR it won 50 seats in 2009 and never won more than 50 seats in TG in 40 years

The highest number of seats the Congress had won in the region was 50 in the 2009 assembly elections, when the YSR charisma was at its peak. So, it never touched the magic figure of 60 in the region
