Most probably it’s a fatty liver symptom ! 
if your waist size is more than 50% of your height, you definitely have a fatty liver and that would punch Phrenic nerve

Quite common bro.. tightness vastadi..

deep tissue massage helps..

include stretching and improve posture..

ITs very common for IT ppl. Pls do not use neck supports for long run, it will stiffen your muscles. There is a 1 min video from Ravi Shanker (Art of Living). Works like a charm and easy to do. I posted here before. Looks like there is a link between our eye nerves and neck/spine nerves.

Usage of phones is the biggest culprit as we bend our neck down to see it for long term. Next culprit is our sitting position for long hours at computer table. 

I use a posture corrector an hour or two in a day. Helps a lot with posture. I use the one below. easy to use.
