Updates on the pending cases against CBN Garu

1. Skill development case- Pending  at ACB court , Vijayawada. - in Remand from last 40 days. 

2. SLP (quash petition on FIR) in skill development case filed by CBN in Supreme court- Hearing on tomorrow 20th October. Discussions concluded from both sides , bench judgement was reserved for next Friday . 

3. Inner Ring road mis alignment case: Anticipatory bail petition hearings were postponed to 7th November upon the request of CBN Advocates as the quash petition judgement is to be delivered on 20th October in 17A section applicability in skill development case . PT warrant on CBN in this case at ACB case was also postponed to 7th November. 

4. Fibrenet case: A special court in HC issued PT warrant on CBN garu . Challenged in AP High court for anticipatory bail but got dismissed. Now, moved special leave petition in Supreme court for anticipatory bail in fibrenet case. Still pending. This case was also postponed on to next Friday 20th October on the request of CBN Advocates . It will be put in the regular cases list only. Once the 17A section applicable to skill development case of CBN , then all other cases will be quashed. 

5. Angallu case: CBN has got anticipatory bail from AP High court on 13th October agsinst 307 case. 

It’s looking like that CID Advocate Rohtagi loose his patience and said to Honourable Judges to quash the case, if you feel 17A is applicable and gone out. Honourable Judges also rsised so-many questions to Advocate Rohtgi and almost felt that 17A will be applicable in CBN case. 
It’s a good sign and we will definitely get a good judgment on Friday
