TCS ends work from home, reveals employee dress code (in India)

I think there is a difference between dress code and uniform.

The dress code of TCS is very clear and it’s something most people follow in US too with Friday usually a liberal day to dress.

If TCS is asking everyone to wear the same dress and uniform, then it makes sense to make some noise.

You don't have a problem for them to dictate what you need to believe in, your working hours, but you feel it is slavery to give you guidance to dress

They have  right to dictate their dress code as they are paying them and which is also office attire!
