Around 300k in metros cities like NYC, SF bro. Internal medicine graduates can earn 400k + as hospitalist in south/mid west cities, smaller cities working on 7 on 7 off schedule. Means they work 12 hrs shift for 7 days and get 7 days completely off. Hefty sign on bonuses eestaru, 50k - 100k sign in bonus for signing 3 years contract.
 

Gastroenterologists /cardiologists make 1 million dollars per annum. Can make even more by taking on-calls which pays around 1k per night.

Direct ga vachi eekada practice ante, India lo evaru doctors undaru, every one will land here. They need to clear step exams and need to match for residency. 50% matching chance untadi. Means for 100 people apply, 50 will get matched. Not that difficult if one got an admission to mbbs via eamcet, not talking about 1 Core paid seat batch.
