Its true what you said. You dont know when they will attack you. 

Basically when you look at all street dogs, they are mal nourished and most of them have injuries. A lot of the dog moms lost their puppies to accidents by vehicles or ppl abusing them. Most of them go through some kind of trauma and show it on people (what ever triggers them).

Street dogs have increased in numbers. Govt has to neuter them and make sure their population does not increase. Its sad to see these dogs like this. At the same time they are very dangerous to people.
