Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and efficient code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and define monitoring and alerting strategies.
Implement Datadog monitoring solutions to track the performance, errors, and dependencies of our applications.
Create custom Datadog dashboards and alerts to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and respond to incidents promptly.
Analyze Datadog metrics and logs to troubleshoot issues, identify bottlenecks, and optimize system performance.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement infrastructure as code (IAC) and automate the deployment process.
Work on continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure seamless software releases.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends related to Datadog and Java development.
Train and mentor team members in Datadog best practices and principles.
