Kid question

My sis son is 4 years, he is in India for his age i see  kids of his age speaking well. I observed when we ask something he speaks only when he interested. He is active and play but only communicates with known people. For sure his skills are not up to the his age kids . Something need to worry? Think along the lines of autism? How to overcome?

Sure bro. Is it better to take him to autism center and do some assessment? He is born in US last one year staying in India with grandparents and going school . It is better first check with school he is attending in india , how he is ? Next year when he go to school in US how schools in US check in case there is any autism. Just want to be proactive.

Don’t worry too much… he’ll be fine. Just keep talking to him & avoid giving phones/iPads.
