Nope , 50 k last month ye thagayi .. eppudu 50 k plus thagayi i am actively monitoring for house .. obvious ga rate thaggali endhuku antay interest rate periguthundhi kabati … people ki okatay budget untadhi like 5k per month  vallaki house kavali antay house rate thaggali or else they will not buy .. house construct chesina vadu ammali due to his interest rate of constructing .. if rates go down obviously price will go up
