There are many good stocks that already fell 80-90%

It's best time to buy em.

Yes there was another house went under contract 900k in a week's time...ppl love large houses in maydelle neighborhood its rare some of these large lot houses come for sale in LF ..this will go as well with amount of amenities this house have. For these size houses buyers don't care of interest rates ..
