year ending already daggaraki vachesindi. companies are mindful of their spending but i dont see a blood bath. lets see what causes the bloodbath as all major banks reported good profits recently.

This is the same market behavior we had last year as well. I don’t see any difference and it’s normal to go down in last quarter and then pick up in 1st quarter.  People expecting correction can wait for years and remember the current supply is still very less compared to huge demand in housing market and Atlanta is one of the locations where you won’t see much depreciation even in worst case!!

Personally, I don’t prefer that area ba. I discouraged my friend in buying in that same community.

Sure bro, what u mean by grand scale . Seems the community is like 9 miles from exit and my cousin said there are 40+ desi families. And prices are reasonable comparatively in any other areas in Atlanta. Primerly  nalla vallu exit ki deggalo vundaru , it is far from downtown and said it looks fine to him . Any of ur friends staying in that community

can someone suggest some good builders in this area?

Toll brothers: People telling their recent constructions are very bad.

Lenner is avg

DR horton, Pulte homes(definite look cheap checked out personally the north cove community) are poor quality according to my research here.

I'm not sure if we have any other options.
