DR horton, Pulte homes(definite look cheap checked out personally the north cove community) are poor quality according to my research here.

Lennar is reasonable quality, Toll is good at cosmetics and front elevations, their inside quality is same as Lennar. Choose the location and price, Cumming is already priced high but still lot of scope to go up.
