edina cheyochu but what is the Non immigrant status you will have ?? currently you are high skilled on h1

for the country of birth india eb3 is not current across AFAIK it will not work not sure they have any other path

i seen some perm lca applications and some titles are:

 laundry workers, afghani chef, alteration specialist...etc

all these qualify for EB3

they apply directly from outside country and get GC with consular processing since other countries are always current.
