3 of my friends remain unmarried even now and are happy doing what they want to do. They are living their dream, left jobs, their ancestor properties appreciated and have decent money. They do not do anything to generate money, instead maximize their lives by travelling, yoga, healthy lifestyle, etc.

Advantage - No pressure from anyone to do certain things. No rat race for money, assets. Dont have to worry about kids and their education and pressures that come with it.

Disadvantage - Social life, Need support during old age, need some goals in life and motivation, support when you are down, etc.

yeah.. same mindset tho friends unte easy to live that life style… but if everyone around you moves on with their lives with their families and you end up alone, it becomes difficult.. social life is very important or else you will end up lonely..

Agree. Their case is different.
