If he is permanent resident/citizen there is no wrong in doing multiple jobs (unless their clients have any restrictions- which most of them don’t /can’t enforce as this people are contingent workers). If visa dependent then they are voiding the visa rules which is not legal.

nuvvu oka fulltime job chestu you can do consulting as long as it doesn't come under conflict of interest; 2 full time jobs is not illegal but can be against company policy.
As a Citizen or GC there are no restrictions, H1B lo restrictions vuntayii gaa.

If you are a full time, most companies have sent a mandatory questionnaire where they ask 5-6 questions and the employee needs to confirm that they are not working else where.

May be they should extend this to contractors as well. Or force the vendors to check with their employees.

Mowing the lawn and discovering a Mulga snake - talk about a surprising day. I'm relieved to hear that you're safe, and it's quite entertaining how your "vegetarian" chickens turned into carnivores, devouring the snake bits!

Another one

I was working as an HR with a start up staffing agency sometime back. The owner of the company is a fulltime employee with a big No1 telecommunications company.
The worst part is he gets the requirements directly from his team and train someone , get the interview cleared and onboard the candidate in his team.. He said that, if we have a valid Visa holder with no experience we can create a position and train the candidate for a week and onboard.
I am seeing people struggling to clear interviews ,which are more than 5 rounds and still unable to land in jobs.
And he also shamelessly tole me that his wife works for a national bank and she just have to turn on the laptop and login at 9 log out at 5 and she gets paid $40/hr and  the hiring  manager gets $20. Isn't that cheating?
Whenever I see their pictures on FB I feel so bad, they just flaunt their house and those silk sarees, party pics and etc.
FYI ,I worked there for 15 days in total and resigned.

For me, it's all about those classics from the '70s too. One that always takes me back is "Scooby-Doo, Where Are You!" That catchy theme tune still gets me humming along every time I hear it.

As for your job hunt struggles, hang in there. I remember a time when I was in a similar spot, feeling like every door was closing. But then, I stumbled upon this amazing opportunity through a friend who mentioned Sarkari Job 2024. It wasn't just about the job itself, but the supportive environment and sense of purpose that came with it. Keep your chin up, something great could be just around the corner for you too!
