A lot of people are suggesting going to a doctor but its useless. My daughter had similar symptoms since last few months and visited doctors 3-4 times and they prescribe different medicines. Not able to tell why its occuring. They just say its allergy and we dont know whats causing it. Finally they gave a steroid which worked. 

Reduce screen time, take good rest. Take over the counter Refresh which will lubricate your eyes. And look for eye drops for red eye reduction.
