Post info on homes that have fallen in Dallas. As far as I know Dallas is holding up pretty well. May be there will be some downside but it may not crash. Not the same case with Austin which went up crazily during Pandemic.

homes in dallas has increased by 50% from 2021 and it will  drop to 50% by 2024.

home owners in 2021, 2022 and 2023 are happy and by 2024 they will have high BP

Austin went up like 80% during pandemic, now fallen back and growth will be limited in the next few years
