ppl who invested their wealth in TG real estate, they want BRS to continue...though good number of ppl are against KCR and his arrogant attitude, but end of the day nee investments, nee hard earned money is more imp. than rest.

Cong vasthe real estate motham down...this is pakka. Central lo BJP high chances malli, so TG ki inka emi raavu.

Cong lo assalu CM candidate inka declare kuda cheyyale, incase chesina, can u guarantee he will be CM for next 5 yrs? No stability, no unity among themselves....all Sr Cong leaders are hungry...literally starving. They know Hyd and most part of TG real estate is good and BRS leaders made fortune out of it...they want to grab all that opportunity and earn and settle once for all.

This election will see a lot of urban rural divide in Telangana. Those that are unemployed and are aspiring for govt jobs are likely to vote against BRS. Raithu Bandhu favours farmers in theory but it helps landlords and that those that own acrege Not those that lease (kowlu) the acreage. Those that don't own land are always in greater numbers. Khammam, Nalgonda are witnessing severe anti incumbency.

Wrong. Land rates in Hyderabad is due to

1. KCR stupid raithu bandhu basically throwing money away for zero productivity, which creates localized inflation plus increased state debt, that also adds to inflation

2.Instead of developing other parts of Telangana, solely focused on west hyderabad and artificially pushed densification by cramming in more people ,so they can make more monies by renting/selling office and residential spaces. 

3. Local real estate cartels, who are squeezing middle class for their blood, creating an artificial demand. 

Future rate hikes in US will force RBI to raise the repo rates then hyderabad RE will also likely get a dent may not be to the same extent.

Raithu Bandhu - 4k per acre, twice a year kada? Ante 100 acres vunte they get 8 lacks per year. Is it big enough money to control real estate price?

Hyderabad Anni sides and other districts lo kuda too much rates perigayi kada. If congress comes in to power other than Hyd price kuda impact avuthunda?

Yearly Telagana government is spending over 12,000 crores for raithu bandhu alone. Thus far, the government have spent at least 60,000 crores. When that constant stream of money is coming in, that amount of inflation has been created locally pushing up land prices throughout the state. Sellers cite it as income as well. This pushes overall real estate up at the cost of state exchequer. That's the reason for overall growth in real estate. Then Trs Leaders grabbed a lot of land in the west side of Hyd and pushed more office space and cited that to push residential space. Which is why west hyderabad carries the premium tag. GHMC also disproportionately allots money to this area. As the affordability for middle class took a big hit in west, people srtard to rush to rest of Hyd pushing prices further up. But this is not going to last forever. If repo rates go up based on Fed rates, that means there will be more cash crunch in the market. Should Congress come to power at the same time, you can expect a slump atleast to the tune of 30% at minimum. 

If raithu bandhu gets budget cuts in Co gres rule, sure other areas RE will also take a beating.
