గత కొన్ని రోజులకు ముందు ఇన్ఫోసిస్ కో-ఫౌండర్ 'నారాయణ మూర్తి' చేసిన వారానికి 70 గంటల పని వ్యాఖ్యలపై సోషల్ మీడియాలో చర్చలు మొదలయ్యాయి. కొందరు ఈ వ్యాఖ్యలను సమర్దిస్తే.. మరి కొందరు వ్యతిరేకించారు. ఇప్పుడు ఏ దేశంలో ఎక్కువ పనిగంటలు ఉన్నాయనే వివరాలను 'ఇంటర్నేషనల్ లేబర్ ఆర్గనైజేషన్' వెల్లడించింది. దీనికి సంబంధించిన మరిన్ని వివరాలు ఈ కథనంలో తెలుసుకుందాం

ఇంటర్నేషనల్ లేబర్ ఆర్గనైజేషన్ డేటా ప్రకారం.. భారతదేశంలో ప్రతి ఉద్యోగి వారానికి సగటున 47.7 గంటలు పనిచేస్తాడు. ప్రపంచంలో ఎక్కువ కష్టపడే ఉద్యోగులలో భారతీయులే అగ్రస్థానంలో ఉన్నట్లు ఈ డేటా స్పష్టం చేస్తోంది. చైనాలోని ఉద్యోగులు వారానికి 46.1 గంటలు పనిచేస్తూ జాబితాలో రెండవ స్థానం పొందారు. ఫ్రాన్స్ ఉద్యోగులు వారానికి కేవలం 30.1 గంటలు మాత్రమే అని డేటా....

I met a relative in hyderabad recently. We went to his home at 7 PM on a saturday as he said he will be back from office by that time. He came at 9:30 PM. Works in a small Pharma company in city outskirts. He has to take bus from that place to his house. When I enquired about his work, looks like that the time he comes most of the days and employers tell that at last minute. A lot of times he works on sundays as well and with out additional pay.

Another relative who worked his ass off to a private company for 45 yrs, did not goto work for 1 month during 2nd wave when 4-5 of his coleagues passed away. His family did not allow him to go. When he went, they said he is replaced and gave rs.50,000 as one time retirement benefits as he was terminated.

He has a 3 yr old daughter eagerly waitiing for him to come home. Looks like she goes to bed early but since its a saturday she was waiting for him to come to eat with him. 

Found it very cute, but he needs some family life too. He seems happy. Did not complain. Says usually on sundays they go out to malls and roam around city. 

Another 10 yrs I dont think he will have same view.

Pf istaru kada when they terminate they have to pay like half of years of months salary something like that based on current wage ani
