Don't buy flavored stuff for food you regularly take....get a chocolate icecream instead when you crave for chocolate.

It's better to separate food and junk

Yes, this applies to cheap stuff who add fillers to make up. Not for quality stuff, ON is a reputed brand used by millions

gammuna costco ki poyi ON protein powder thechuko ekkuva sonchayinchaku,  tested and quality product.

U gotta remember each body absorbs protein differently initially and will take time to adjust. Gas or burps unte u need to switch.

To begin with  limit intake to only one serving(2scoops)

I was talking about flavoring. For example, good chocolate is expensive and only used by premium products, cheap ones like Hersheys use fillers to mimic chocolate taste, safe to consume daily or not is a gray area

Why be in the gray area and make it risky?

Why not just buy pure and natural protein powder?

Also, once a company starts adding stuff, they don’t usually stop at pure chocolate.

Nope....it's junk.

It has artificial flavor and artificial sweetener

As I said.....if you want protein powder....buy protein powder. Don't compromise.

ON also has artifical sugar in it

seems like lots of people have bad notions about sweeteners. Sucralose is processed from real sugar and is about 500x stronger. Look at the quantity per serving. It’s bad if you’re eating 100g everyday

You have bad notion about artificial stuff in your food.

Billions of dollars of marketing spend to brainwash people seems to be working.

Your food is supposed to be simple.

Anything processed is bad. Cumulatively it has huge negative effects.

As a thumb rule don't have junk in food that you consume regularly.
