Protein powder

99% protein powders are BS with fillers and heavy metals. companies are not following proper guidelines while processing. Here are my findings. 

  1. Buy whey protein isolate(easy to digest) and not whey protein concentrate(hard to digest)
  2. vegan protein taste is very bad I spent 100s of $ trying brands, literally threw in trash after one use.
  3. like someone said in this thread vegan protein is too much processed and on top of it has more calories. 
  4. Whey protein is just processed milk, think of it as refined milk powder(not exactly) with less calories and high in protein. 
  5. if you can digest milk just buy whey protein isolate. 
  6. In general chocolate or brownie flavor is good rest all what I tried is trash. 
  7. less ingredients more better. 
  8. its ok to have stevia or other natural sweeteners as ingredients, if not its very hard to drink. Taste is important or else you cant drink. 
  9. You can find unsweetened protein powders but I wouldn’t start with that. 
  10. buy small packs and try the taste (unfortunately you will only find 14-18 servings sizes)
  11. buy organic if possible

Ha ha.. I think you mean protein powders and not protein in general which comes from meat or dal etc. Daily anthe kaavalo anthe tinte no issues -- powder is quick way to get it. Daily chicken fish kastam

Another option which I found very useful - Greek yogurt esp fage. I love it and has been my goto protien. Of course i stopped weights a few yrs back (2020) due to neck issues and only do hiking and freestyle.

unless you are working out and lifting weights it okay to take for recovery but if you are not working out it make your piss an  expensive one.

you will regret once you hit 55 or 60

I do not take protien powder, sample or sters and I have been working out from when I was 18 yr old

I dont regret andharu bulky bodies cheskunna or look better than my body(18… 20s age lo)

now I’m 1 yr younger than Kohli and everyone praises me for my body among my age group frds

Trust me it is worth it

Thanks everyone for suggestions. There are 2 sides as usual. I don't drink daily even if I buy protein powder. It is when I can't eat meat -- tini tini virakthi ochinappudu. Top of it most of the chicken and fish bekar untadi. 

Anyway - naaku bulky body em oddu.... just lean with some muscle is enough. 

For protein I have these in my diet so far  - eggs, Chicken breast,  fish, curd (whole milk home made), veggie lo dal, chole.  Will add greek yogurt.

I do bro, been working out from last 8 years, I used take only natural protein. last 2 years atu itu ayyi vunde koncham malli start chesina 6 months nundi
