if you eat non veg you could eat chicken or fish to not need these supplements unless you are a hardcore body builder. vegetarians ayithe pick something decent and that tastes ok

Garden of Life from amazon was decent.

Naaku ade anipistundi.... protein powder is different..... and its a billion dollar market. First ever protein powder was made in the 1950s anta........ so 70 years ayyindi.

I agree on some reasons to avoid - when they are heavily processed, add lot of artificial ingredients/fillers... but over all ga no ante without valid sources.....disagreeing.

protein powder is good, you just have to drink more water than normal. For sweeteners paranoia, body can't digest it and is discarded, hence zero calories

good quality and trusted product choose chesko, no worries

Greek yogurt is made differently and is very thick. 1 Serving has around 20g Protein. I get the fat free plain yogurt usually from costco. I do not eat the flavored ones. Regular yogurt has somewhere between 6-7g protien. 

Fage is very filling as well. Its a great way to kick start weight loss if anyone wants to do.

My 2 cents on this. If you do not get enough protein to your body while lifting weights, your muscle breaks down and wont have enough protein to recover. 

You can get protein in whatever way you want. Best way is to get from protein rich foods. Another way is to get from protein powders (not supplements or steroids).

Protein powders wont help in lifting weights. It helps repair muscle quickly after workout.

Eating protein has nothing to do with lifting weights. It depends on your strength which improves over time. While working out your muscle breaks down. You need protein to recover from it.
