Cop ye camera chudadu. Ask your friend if there are any eye witnesses. Cop only give report based on the scene and damages..vaadiki aa scene lo correct ga artham kaka pothe he will just give nuetral. Pedha torture uncle idhi..it’s better to have dash cam nowadays

dash cam video lekapote cold cloth pettukodame. Surveillance videos cops chudaru for minor infractions like this. Opposite party will of course deny, if there’s no evidence insurance will most likely rule it 50/50. Your “friend” has no insurance so he’s’ in deep sh!t if he gets sued

Unless there is eye witness of diff car, your friend will probably be at fault. A left turn has to yield. Even though your friend turned left on green the opposite car will have green too in which case your friend has to yield. Unless you can prove that your friend moved only when he has green and other guy had red, most likely cop will fault your friend as he is not insured, cop will write a ticket and the other guy will go against his own insurance as uninsured driver. But most likely they will pull your friend to court for damages and many diff reasons.

 

did your friend have green signal or green arrow? If it’s green arrow it means other guy will have red. But still you can’t prove he crossed in red and your friend crossed on green arrow only.

Yeah..If it is not clear..  Cop  can give nobody at fault.
