Just an outsider view purely based on news - AP police slow ga autocratic mentality ki accustom avuthunnaru..including high profile cases like RRR, there was another one in Tirupathi where some TDP local leader got anticipatory bails in few cases, in one specific case police said court he is not charged in the case and later booked him and tortured. Now this one..

That is problem with Government using law and enforcement for  exta judicial activities. They slowly develop attitude that they are superior and beyond law.
