Larger homes with notable features (trophy signatures) on the other side may be a better option. However, having the entrance adjacent to or through a community of homes built in 2000 could act as a backdrop and might influence the property's appreciation.

yeah bro..

The Normandy ones are in a good spot except fire station next to few, but I feel like the trophy area is still too close to the older community, especially in the current phase..

Perhaps heading higher towards the lake or towards Normandy would be a better option.
