she is young but she chose to not marry. She could've easily move back to her village but she brought her parents here to stay with her in the same village. not only her husband died, atha, mama also died of cancer.

Real estate is good investment. For India, there is always problem with land mafia backed by politicians who want to grab property for cheap. How can common man protect real estate investments from land mafia.

I remember hearing that Shobhan Babu bought so much land in Chennai which skyrocketed in value. DMK and ADMK nayakulu chaala notorious for bhu kabza (I heard horrifying stories). How did Shobhan Babu protect his investments from all those crooks?

Yeh that's a problem. There was a case in my colony where an old lady has property on main road and the ppl who rented one of her shops occupied it completely. They are not even gundas. It was in courts for more than 10 yrs and finally court declared in the old lady favor. But still. 

You definitely need to have some contacts if you have prime contacts. It will be even difficult for NRIs going forward who will not return to India.
