I am planning to do MS in computer science, TVU, CA,USA. When I am trying to pay the admission fee they asked me to first register with them, after I did I did't have a credit card of mine neither Indian debit does't work to pay online. I took help of my friends credit card but the website shows that they don't accept the card with other name. I tried contacting the University but I did't get any reply.Any one please tell me how to overcome this situation.I am out of time to send any cheques from here.
