Feeling worried

Life is becoming less technical and more management. Everyone wants to hand wave. But if you can deliver something technical for once (not follow someone), your life is set for ever.

Already freshers who graduated from CSE & IT are effected this year

Just in India, every year 3 to 4 lakhs are graduating from these branches.

On the other hand, AI is ramping up and minging lot of jobs.

Yes, there will be some opportunities to work on AI, ML but... Good AI tool can save lot of money and replace 10's of engineers and companies definitely opt for it

Ivanni chuste asalu mana careers long term lo ela untay...is bad time starting for IT?

Prati industry ki demand/supply untundi. In future if a lot of IT jobs are taken by AI, then IT jobs will reduce and there will be more ppl meaning Salaries will decrease. When they do, ppl who want to learn IT will also reduce until it comes to an equilibruium. Its a cycle for every industry. After that salaries will rationalize. Of course plenty of time till this happens.

People who are farming is reducing. At some point there will be scarcity of food. So may be agriculture will make a good come back in future. Again plenty of time till that happens.

You think industrialization was not intended to address food scarcity? AI will not take over agriculture as well?

Industrialization has addressed food scarcity but with more and more people moving towards urbanization, lets see.

AI kinda took over agriculture already in the form of hybrid with better yields.

Exactly. Ai gets applied more and food may not get scarce unless it is a man made crisis. Tini koorchune rojulu vastayi anukuntunnanu.

At some point ppl will lean more towards organic ... Lets see. I have a few friends who took over agriculture with passion. But its not profitable. The only way is to get better prices (I am not sure consumers are willing to spend that much) or increase yields (defeats the purpose of food being organic)
