yeah, if one side wants to self govern itself, it is not ethnofascism. Its just how states are formed. Do state formations have a ethnonational element to them, sure.. United AP did too, when they seperated from Madras. But they still are not ethnostates, since they are limited by the Indian constitution on how cruel they are allowed to be, to those who they consider as outsiders.

ofcourse ethnofascism can still take hold in a state, like it did in Assam, but it didn't take hold in TG, nor did it in United AP.
