That's only because they save on expenses, because of low Canadian wages. If it comes to that, hiring in India is even better. If you make 30 LPA and over in India you will still have a good life than making CDN $110k in Canada.

adding to that Canada lo healthcare oka pedda headache anta kada .. always in waiting list ? is it true ?

Mixed bag. If you have emergency say heart attack, accident or delivery or any such life or death situation Canadian healthcare works like a charm. You don't need to pay a penny. But, if you have an ailment or an illness where you will need a specialist but you don't die necessarily, then you have to wait for a long time. Really long, 6 months and over. Only way to beat that would be to get treated for such conditions in India(say knee replacement, hip surgery, tendon, cataract etc.) and claim a refund in Canada it works better. To wait in Canada means to suffer for no reason. Even doctors are fed of the system, and many leave to US because of the government interference.

Does Canada have own tech industry? I assumed US companies pay USD to Canadian remote workers.

Yes, Canada has its own tech industry. But just like anywhere American capital is present in one way or other. Say through merger or acquisitions or through cross colonization with American tech firms. Canadian remote workers get paid USD only if their payroll is run in US or they do US Corp2Corp role. Else they get paid in CAD.

dude stop comparing 40mn Canada, to 1.4bn India and even 330mn USA.

you'll do well in Canada if you are smart and not very ambitious. If you are that ambitious, you'll have to spread your wings, and you can still do it remaining in Canada.

Canada taxes while high, are mostly comparable with California. Its not the taxes that are the problem. Its that it is impossible to scale a business in Canada beyond your province, and hence you'd be outcompeted by nations like India, China, USA, and EU nations that have a 25bn market access.

its market access that is ailing Canada.. not taxes. Taxes are high across the western world, except some parts of US. And India/China are not good places to live. only dumbfcuks will move back to India.
