its debatable. Agricultural is not profitable in india compared to other business. With the current rate of urbanization, many of farmers may get tempted to sell lands.

also amount of land does not speak about everything. 5 acres good land > 20 acres not so good land. Also some rich person could be owning 5 acres of agricultural land and may have other source of income. A person with 20 acres of land may not have other income source.
